Just for YOU Pastor!

Exclusive:
An IMPORTANT message for all pastors and ministry leaders!

**NOW is the time to grow THE Church!**

Dear Fellow Pastor,

If you're a pastor or a ministry leader and have an active ministry, whether in a church or part of a church, I have an IMPORTANT message just for you. No doubt we are all tired of hearing about COVID. Everything has been thrown into a whirlwind, including the way we do life and our church activities. There is one thing that COVID did for the church, and it is imperative that every pastor and ministry leader understands this benefit and makes a plan to capitalize on it intentionally.

The benefit COVID afforded to every church is a clean slate—a new beginning to build a more robust, healthier, more vibrant ministry. The church has been given a golden opportunity to reboot, regroup, and reengage its community, state, and impact worldwide.

Two words of caution:

First, if you think that you will go back to doing what was working pre-covid, you will, unfortunately, face the undaunting task of closing your doors as a church in the near future. Second, you must have a sense of urgency. The light is at the end of the tunnel with the stay-at-home orders and restrictions, which means every church must look at what they are doing and make a plan that engages the new norm. Truth be told, people have gotten a taste of stay-at-home church, and the mindset is, "Why to go to church when we can do it at home?" For this reason, every church needs to focus on growth by being intentional in its connections. Now, with all that being said, you need to ask yourself. "How would my ministry be different if it grew by 30% in the coming year?" YES, riding the new church wave and growing 30% in a year. You can do it, but you will need some assistance in the navigation, and it all starts with you booking an exploratory call with me.

Disclaimer: This is NOT for every pastor or ministry leader!

Let's face it; there are people in ministry who are comfortable with what they have. These are the same people who fear change because it may upset people or, worse, cause people to leave the church! If you fall into this category (which I doubt since you are on this page), then there is no need to proceed further in this message unless you are looking to change! However, if you are the type that recognizes that change must happen in order to grow and you realize that you need to get out of the rut of doing the same thing you have always done to become more effective in reaching your community and advancing the kingdom of God, then you, my friend are in the right place.

Disclaimer: There is no magic wand

Before we dive any deeper, let me address the myth of a magic wand. If you are hoping that there is a magic wand or secret formula for growing the church – there is not; outside of Prayer + Hard Work + Relationship Building + Discipleship + Outreach, there is no quick fix to growing a church, and there is no one thing that you could do that will ensure growth. All churches grow differently, and the reasons for that growth are situational.

Are You Ready…?

Do you find yourself continually facing challenges and roadblocks that hinder the accomplishment of the vision and mission God has given you? —  the vision and mission that is burning inside of you, or used to be, and now you feel like there has to be more? Perhaps you have even entertained the thought of quitting ministry altogether?

Let me assure you that you are not alone.  As a matter of fact, experts say that last year alone (2019-2020 Pre-COVID), 1500 pastors a month left the ministry for one reason or another.

Being a great pastor or ministry leader is one thing; growing a church and having a successful ministry is entirely another. How do you have a successful ministry? Simply by being willing to unlearn! Unlearn what you know and be willing to learn new things that will usher you into greater success.

If you are the type of pastor or ministry leader who's determined to rise above the noise and mediocrity which is keeping the vast majority of hard-working laypeople frustrated, disappointed, and on the verge of throwing in the towel, and if you are open to discovering, addressing and implementing change elements into your current ministry setting, then I would say you are ready, but only if you are going to commit 110%.

The trouble with this is, you don't know what you don't know.

What good is having a godly vision and mission if you don't have the proper tools, up-to-date methods, and a plan to get you from where you are now to where you know God is leading you? Without appropriate tools or a specific plan in place, you will inevitably start entertaining ideas such as quitting or settling for what you have, all the while knowing that God has so much more for you. But not all is lost… help is at hand because a step-by-step, paint-by-numbers roadmap to get you on track and in motion to fulfill your vision and mission (Post-COVID) will be the center point of discussion when you book your exploratory call with me.

What is an Exploratory Call?

You'll hop on Zoom for about one hour, and together we will explore your current church and/or ministry situation. The exploratory call is nothing more than a relationship-building tool to determine if we should move forward and work more closely together. The discussion topics will center around your calling, vision, and mission, along with your current church function and the current challenges and roadblocks that you perceive are standing in your way.

The call will be recorded for you so you don't have to worry about taking notes and can focus on wringing out every last drop of help and advice.

Best of all?

You risk nothing except a little of your time, but you have everything to gain to include a valuable relationship to come back to later if need be.

You can NOT possibly lose by booking your Exploratory Call because, at the end of it, one of two things will happen – you will either...

1.    See the benefits I have to offer that will ensure steady growth in your church for years to come. OR

2.    You will tell me you do not see the benefits for your church and think you can do better on your own, in which case I will comply with your decision — no questions, no arguments, and no-hassles — and we will depart as friends.

I can't say it any fairer than that, can I?

Next Steps

To schedule your Exploratory Call, simply click the button below, which will take you to a scheduling calendar. You pick what day and time work best for you, and let me take care of the rest. A final thought before you decide whether or not to book a call... Consider the fact that you are where you are in your ministry because of the actions you have or have not taken in the past. And the beliefs, thoughts, and actions responsible for getting you to where you are CANNOT take you further. Because if they could... they would be working for you right now, and you would be enjoying the fruit of their labor, and you would not be on this page, but such is the case and precisely where TCM Leadership Group will help you get unstuck. However, you must make the first move and book your call today!
